Doulas help with birth and postpartum needs of families. According ot the DONA International, doulas are trained professionals who provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
This class will be a question and answer style converstaion for anyone who is curious about learning more about the birthing process. Whether you’re pregnant, thinking about pregnancy, or are just interested in the process of bringing life into the world, this class is for you.
