This popular symposium series returns this year to feature papers from regional university students on the topic of the “Politics of Display,” followed by a discussion led by Gavin Townsend, Professor of Art History, at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. This year’s symposium is held in conjunction with the exhibition, Once and Again: The Still Lifes of Beth Lipman, and will also feature a tour of the exhibition by a UTC history student interning with the Museum. The program is open and free to the public.
