Nature Nuts: Rollin’ on the River

Aquarium Adventures: Butterflies

During this Aquarium Adventures we will focus on butterflies! We will learn all about butterflies through hands-on play and even make an easy butterfly craft to take home. After, we will continue to explore the rest of the aquarium to see what amazing animals we can find, plus meet a critter up close. While this adventure is intended for explorers ages 3-5 and their parents, siblings are welcome to join the expedition as well.

Kids in the Kitchen is the ninth annual fair of fun, hands-on activities for kids and parents focused on healthy eating and active living. This is a free event that targets children K-5th grades, as well as their parents. We seek to promote education on healthy lifestyles including cooking, nutrition, and exercise. Activities will include educational games, physical activities, chef demonstrations, and healthy snack ideas.
